Laurence Xu is the Co founder and CEO of H and T Communications Group, a diversified media and industry platform spanning consumer, fashion, healthcare, and frontier technology. Under his leadership, H and T has grown to reach more than 50 million users in China and over 10 million globally. He is also the CEO of DeepMENA, the leading Chinese language business media focused on the MENA region, serving more than 400 thousand senior subscribers and multiple Fortune Global 500 companies.
Laurence began his career as a serial entrepreneur after graduating from the University of Hong Kong with an Honours degree in Accounting and Finance. He co founded and led Kinlonlife Biotech, later acquired by Buchang Pharma, and went on to build several media properties across China. His work was recognized in 2024 when he was named among EqualOcean's 36 Young Leaders of Globalization.
