Jeff Zucker is the CEO of RedBird IMI and an operating partner at RedBird Capital, and is a 14-time Emmy Award winner and three-time Peabody Award recipient. One of the most influential leaders in modern media, he has created new brands, revitalized iconic ones, and led major organizations across news, sports, entertainment, and digital content. He previously served as president of CNN and chair of WarnerMedia Sports, and spent 25 years at NBCUniversal, rising from researcher to president and CEO of the company.
Zucker began his career at NBC Sports during the 1986 Seoul Olympic Games and became executive producer of the Today show at age 26, leading it to more than a decade of dominance. He later served as president of NBC Entertainment and played a key role in launching Hulu in 2007, helping shape the early era of streaming. He is a graduate of Harvard College with a degree in American history.
