Nikhil Kolar is the Vice President of MSN within Microsoft AI, where he leads global Content Ecosystem and Growth across a network of more than 8,000 media brands and creators. With over twenty years of product, business, and engineering leadership at some of the world’s most influential technology companies, he has shaped large scale content platforms, optimized consumer engagement, and driven innovation across the Microsoft ecosystem.
Before Microsoft, Nikhil led Video Shopping Experiences at Amazon, where he significantly expanded the video commerce catalog and tripled viewer engagement and watch time. He has also held leadership roles at Oracle, Marchex, and earlier within Microsoft, specializing in monetization models, customer experience, partner enablement, and global content optimization. He is known for building collaborative, high performing teams focused on delivering personalized, high value content experiences.
