Daniel Cheng is the Founder and CEO of MDS Collective (formerly Metric Design Studio), an award-winning digital marketing agency with offices in Shanghai, Singapore, and Tokyo. A Campaign Asia 40 Under 40 honoree, Daniel has built MDS into a trusted partner for global brands such as Visit Qatar, Etihad Airways, Marriott International, Universal Resorts, and Michelin, helping them engage travelers across China, Japan, and South Korea. He is also the Co-founder of Mimosa Productions, a Singapore- and Los Angeles-based film studio that collaborates with international celebrities, athletes, and musicians on creative storytelling projects.

With over 15 years of experience in brand and marketing strategy across Asia, Daniel is known for transforming how hospitality and tourism brands connect with East Asian travelers. Before founding MDS, he led brand strategy for LVMH in Mainland China.
