Jane Ferguson

Founder & CEO, Noosphere

Jane Ferguson is the Founder and CEO of Noosphere, a platform that empowers leading journalists to connect directly with their audiences. Before founding Noosphere, she spent more than 15 years as an international correspondent for PBS and The New Yorker, reporting from conflict zones across Somalia, Yemen, Iraq, Syria, Ukraine, and Afghanistan.

Her frontline journalism has earned nearly every major accolade in the field, including the Emmy, Peabody, Polk, and duPont Awards. Her national bestselling memoir, No Ordinary Assignment, offers a deeply personal account of her experiences covering war and global crises. Ferguson has also taught journalism and entrepreneurship at Princeton University.
At BRIDGE Summit, Jane will share insights from building Noosphere, showing how trust, transparency, and technology can redefine the future of journalism.
