Liv Stone is a three-time Para Surf World Champion and six-time gold medalist for Team USA. At 22, she has built a community of more than one million followers by sharing her journey as an adaptive athlete, using her platform to promote strength, resilience, and confidence. Born with an upper limb difference, Liv is redefining what it means to push limits in and out of the water.
Beyond surfing, she is a competitive runner, model, and creator who enjoys taking on new challenges such as rock climbing, pickleball, and long-distance running. She recently completed the run portion of an Ironman 70.3 relay, where her team placed first among all women.
